Our Mission & Approach
Our mission lies very close with encouraging everyone to do the best they can every day. For example, nearly 20% of all adults with Anxiety Disorder each year in the United States. Those individuals need help from the rest of to get through those tough days. Glynn Gilcrease hopes through encouragement, we can all come together for a better tomorrow and that takes courage.
Similar to all large ideas, Encouragement, must come from the heart. When an individual gets an, I AM AN ENCOURAGER shirt, they are saying, they are willing to encourage the individual next to them. Not through some motivation speech or fuzzy marketing campaign. Whether it is on screen, on the phone, or in person, these individuals are listening and communicating form the heart. That is what I AM AN ENCOURAGER is all about.
